Refund policy

Every piece we make is handcrafted to order by our small team in Karachi, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, WhatsApp us on +92 330 501 3444 and we will be happy to help.

Handmade variation
Because each piece is cast, cut and finished by hand, small variations in colour, chip pattern, texture and finish are part of the object and are not defects. No two pieces are identical, and that is the point.

If your order arrives damaged
Every piece is packed by hand, but terrazzo and papercrete can still break in transit. If your order arrives damaged, WhatsApp us on +92 330 501 3444 within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and the packaging. We will make you a replacement, or refund you if we cannot, at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until we have had a look.
