Shipping policy

Each object we craft for you is made by hand in our in-house workshops.

Every piece is made to order, so orders take 10–15 working days to fulfil. Customised and larger orders can take longer, and we will confirm a timeline when you order.

For an update on your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will be happy to help.

Shipping rates within Pakistan
Shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight and size of your order, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. As a guide: within Karachi, most orders ship for Rs 250 (up to 5 kg), Rs 1,000 (5 to 20 kg) or Rs 3,000 for very large pieces. To the rest of Pakistan, smaller pieces such as coasters, knobs and cutlery ship from Rs 400, platters from Rs 500, planters from Rs 1,500 and large lights from Rs 2,500. Rates are set by our courier partners.

Studio pickup
You can also collect your order from Open Door Design Studio, 401 Bali Business Boulevard, Old Sunset Boulevard, Karachi. Choose pickup at checkout and we will message you when it is ready.

Outside Pakistan
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad, WhatsApp us before you order and we will quote for international courier and packing for your piece.
