Papercrete Petals

Papercrete Petals are imagined as flower petals caught mid-air. Each petal is cast by hand from recycled paper and cement and hung lightly from a slender brass rod, which lights the form from within and carries the light softly across the room.

Papercrete lets us cast solid, sculptural forms beyond what other concrete mixes allow, and it glows with a diffused, ambient light. The length of the rod is adjustable and the metal detail comes in white, black or brass.
