Papercrete

Our Papercrete Lights are fluid, organic forms cast from our own mix of cement and waste paper pulp. Each light is shaped by hand over a base form, so every one varies a little in finish, shape and texture. That variation is the point.

Series 1, Bamboo Folds are formed over bamboo, which leaves soft ridges in the surface. Series 2, Truncated Cones are cast over a cone formwork. Series 3A, Sculpted Cones add an angled base to the cone, and Series 3B is a smaller version of the same.

Choose white, beige or grey, as a single light or a set of three, four or five. Handmade in Karachi from recycled paper, made to order, designed with love and care.
